Your facilitator for this workshop is Alex Wilson (AMSHW & Director), from Mindful Recovery Services & The Central Coast DBT Centre.
Alex has worked in the public & private mental health sector for 21+ years. She specialises in treatment for teens & adults with complex mental health issues, including personality disorders, complex PTSD & those deemed 'treatment resistant'.Â
