About the event

This series of 3 evening workshops is for parents of teens who engage in self harming behaviours. The aim of the workshop is to provide information & practical tools for parents to support the teens they love, & to feel empowered in how they manage times of emotional distress & crisis. 

Each of the 3 workshops can be attended individually, but we encourage you to attend all 3 to get the most value from the content.
