About your webinar host:

Jen is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with PACFA, with close to 13 years experience across government, NGO and private practice in Sydney and on the NSW Central Coast.


Jen has close to ten years experience in leadership, and is passionate about providing practical and relatable leadership training and developing to the health, human and community services industries.


Jen has worked in statutory child protection, criminal justice, youth, homelessness and chronic disease management.


Jen is currently the Clinical Lead/Senior Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor at Mindful Recovery Services, specialising in working with complex trauma and PTSD, personality disorders, dissociation, and complex mental health presentations. Jen's areas of specialty include working with First Responders and medical professionals, children and young people from 10+, and adults.
