Alex Wilson is the Founder & Director of Mindful Recovery Services and the Central Coast DBT Centre. With over 20 years’ experience working in complex mental health, Alex is deeply committed to bringing ethical, evidence-based care to people who need more than surface-level therapy.
This Online DBT Program was created to address the gaps Alex repeatedly saw in the mental-health system — and to offer people access to high-quality DBT regardless of location.
