12-Week DBT Group Program
Looking for an introduction to DBT in a supportive group setting? Our 12 week DBT program is a weekly 2 hour small group designed for people seeking a supportive and interactive skills training group
Covers topics of:
1. Distress tolerance
2. Emotion Regulation
3. Interpersonal Effectiveness
4. Mindfulness
Focused on learning skills, e.g education style rather than 'sharing' style
Neurodiverse friendly (relaxed setting, no forced activities; come as you are)
Ages 13+

Group programs
12-Month Intensive DBT Program
Gold standard treatment, 1:1 groups, family sessions, phone coaching
3 Main Components
1. Individual therapy sessions: starting weekly & reducing in frequency gradually over the 12 month program
2. Weekly DBT skills groups: 2 Hour small group DBT skills training in:
- Distress tolerance
- Emotion regulation
- Interpersonal Effectiveness
- Mindfulness
3. Phone Coaching: text support with a DBT therapist between sessions, as needed.
