Are you ready to make real change to your mental health? Emotion Mastery is an online dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT) program that will teach you all the skills you need to gain control over your emotions & gain more stability in your life. You may have heard of DBT as a scientifically validated form of psychological therapy for building emotion regulation skills. Usually DBT is conducted via intensive in-person group sessions, however our aim with Emotion Mastery is to bring the benefits of DBT to everyone! This hybrid program includes 1:1 & group sessions, as well as giving you full access to a huge library of recorded skills training modules. You can succeed in this program if you can find 1 hour a week to do some content. There are no lock-in contracts & you can stay in the program as long as you're getting value from it.
